Pastor Alemán

• Size large
• Protector
• Enérgico
• Independiente

Intelligent, with a need to work that a walk does not cover. A well-socialised German Shepherd is an exceptional companion; an unsocialised one is a serious problem, and the difference is decided in the first few months.

Play meet-ups

It gets on best with dogs that understand structured play. Keep the first meet-ups on neutral ground and on a long lead: this is a territorial breed.

Antes de plantear una camada

Hip dysplasia and degenerative myelopathy. The second has a genetic test, and there is no excuse for not having it.
